Our rental house is centrally located in Winkel – just a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. From there, it takes about 15 minutes to Zurich Airport and about 30 minutes to Zurich Main Station.

The house offers a stunning view and plenty of space: four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an additional WC, a storage room, a small home gym or hobby room, a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen, as well as a large garden. Parking spaces are also available.

The monthly rent is CHF 914 and includes all additional costs such as TV and Wi-Fi. Additionally, about CHF 40 for the cleaning lady who comes every two weeks is added. You can find shopping options at Volg (10 minutes on foot) or in Bülach or at Zurich Airport (Migros, Coop, Aldi, Lidl, etc.).

Your room is 3.64 m x 2.97 m and has a wardrobe. Moving in is possible immediately or by arrangement.

We are looking for a roommate (about 20–30 years old) who enjoys cooking together and is also up for a WG evening.

We are often on the go, but appreciate a relaxed, open interaction. In the evenings, we like to grill in the garden or have a drink together.
