University Irchel 15 minutes walk, ETH 15 minute by tram.

Outdoor parking spaces, pets are not allowed.
I'm looking for a reliable, mature, conscientious, considerate, communicative, very tidy, outgoing person, who take a proactive role in thinking and also respect their boundaries and quiet time.

The room is 16 m2 and costs 1250 CHF/ month ( utilities and internet already included) and available at earliest per October 1st, 2025 or according to the arrangement. A long- term period ( longer than 6 months ) is desirable. The appartement viewing takes place by appointement. The electricity bill is billed quartely and based on usage and the future roommate will cover half of the bill. Also there will be small household costs that we share in the apartment( toilet paper, trash bag, cleaning suppliers etc).
