Single room for rent - 8057 Zürich

Below the animal hospital / near the University of Irchel, I rent a room ( 16 m2) in my luxurious and spacious condominium to subtenants ( Professional or student ) and only non- smokers and single person. The kitchen, living room and the bathroom are shared und fully equipped.
My apartment impresses with the following features:

Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer
Modern bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, 2 wasch basins and closomat( hygiene shower integrated).

There also two laundry rooms with laundry maschine, tumbler, laundry dryer as well as a locked bicycle cellar.
The nearby Irchelpark and opposite the forest are perfect for leisure activities. Very good connection to public transport: tram station 3 minutes, bus station 5 minutes, 10 minutes by bus to Oerlikon train station, 15 minute by bus and train to the airport, 20 minute by tram to the main train station and 30 minute by tram to Bellevue. University Irchel 15 minutes walk, ETH 15 minute by tram.
Various shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity.
Outdoor parking spaces, pets are not allowed.
I'm looking for a reliable, mature, conscientious, considerate, communicative, very tidy, outgoing person, who take a proactive role in thinking and also respect their boundaries and quiet time.
Cleaning is not included but robot vacum cleaner available.
I am Tanja, 53 years old, clerk, outgoing,communicative, social and interested in culture.
The room is 16 m2 and costs 1250 CHF/ month ( utilities and internet already included) and available at earliest per October 1st, 2025 or according to the arrangement. A long- term period ( longer than 6 months ) is desirable. The appartement viewing takes place by appointement. The electricity bill is billed quartely and based on usage and the future roommate will cover half of the bill. Also there will be small household costs that we share in the apartment( toilet paper, trash bag, cleaning suppliers etc).
