Single room for rent - 8057 Zürich

Since my flatmate is moving back to Italy I am looking for someone to subrent his room starting in June (potentially taking over the contract together with me in September). It might be possible to move in earlier around mid-May.

The room is bright with southeast orientation and a view towards Züriberg. Since the shared balcony is only accessible from your room, it would be great if you are a chill person who does not mind me walking through every now and then (of course not when you want some privacy, are sleeping, or so). Otherwise there is another smaller room with south orientation which might be more suitable for you (please let me know if you are more interested in this one).

My current flatmate would be happy to leave the furniture in his room for 500Chf (wardrobe, new bed/mattress, desk, shelf). The room itself should be somewhat around 1000CHF/mo including utilities (we can check the calculation together later - it is likely a little less rather then more).

We have a small and old kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and window and a living room that we also use for the clothes rack among others. Currently there is no couch, but maybe we can make some plans for it.

Downstairs we have a shared laundry room where we can book slots, a shared bike cellar and our own cellar.

The flat is a few minutes walk Berninaplatz (tram 10 and 14 - 12mins to main station) with supermarkets Spar and Coop within good walking distance and further supermarkets in reach.

About me: I am a calm, rather easy-going person, 34years old, from northern Germany and working full-time (partly in HO). During the weekends I love being outdoors (hiking, bike tours, etc.). I am looking for a easy, reliable and nice flatmate, who ideally also prefers the flat to be a calm place (and is not too active during the nights:))
