Single room for rent - 8057 Zürich

We are looking for a person to take the room until the end of the August. The room is spacious, around 20 m2 and is furnished. The apartment is on the ground floor and has all the facilities necessary (kitchen, bathroom). There is also a washing machine in the WG.

The apartment is 10 minutes from Bahnhof Oerlikon by foot and 25 minutes from the Zurich HB (Tram 11). ETH Hongerberg and UZH Irchel are also close. UZH and ETH Zentrum are not far either.

About us: we are two students in our 20s. We are quite chill so we don't like bothering each other with different rules especially when it makes no sense. We try to keep thing simple in our WG. Thus, ideally we are looking for a person like us. It would be good if you are also a student.
