I am looking for a young, respectful, easy-going but none-smoker, and very quiet and clean person as a subtenant for my nice room in Wiedikon near Goldbrunnenplatz. The room is fully equipped with furniture, and the kitchen and bathroom are shared. electricity, WiFi and serafe are included.
Attention please: This is a very sensitive old building, and it requires a tenant who can sleep between 11 pm and 7 am (must be absolutely quiet during these hours).
