Hello! I (m, mid 30s) am looking for a pleasant flatmate for a spacious WG room (18 m²) in a quiet apartment in Zurich Seebach.

About the apartment:

Ground floor apartment on Honigstrasse with terrace (access via the main entrance – so just go outside, not directly from the room)

Two bathrooms – your bathroom is entirely yours (except for the shower)

Modern kitchen, living room, washing machine/tumbler

Shopping facilities, public transport, and recreational areas within walking distance

The rent includes everything like TV, internet, electricity, water, Serafe!

About me:
I am employed, rather quiet, appreciate cleanliness and a relaxed atmosphere. There are also two outdoor cats living in the apartment, but they are rarely home – mostly just for eating. So, love for animals is nice, but you don’t have to be a cat fan, as you hardly notice them.

What I am looking for:
A respectful, quiet person (regardless of gender) who appreciates WG life but also has their own rhythm. Not a purpose WG, but also not a party. If we cook together or have a beer – great. If not, that’s okay too.
