Single room for rent - 8052 Zürich

We are Louis (23), Alara (21), and Paul (19) seeking another flatmate for a sublet for a period of 6.5 months during the summer and the fall semester. We are looking for someone who enjoys group activities and is respectful of a clean and organized living space. Our flat has six rooms, two bathrooms, a living room with an attached kitchen, and a terrace. Amenities include washing and drying facilities, a storage area, and bike racks. The flat is conveniently located within a 2-3 minute walk of a Migros and Post Office, with the Irchel Campus (UZH) accessible within 15 minutes and the Zentrum and Hönggerberg (ETH) reachable in approximately 25 minutes. The Hauptbahnhof is only 10 minutes away by train.

The room is ~14 m^2 and fully furnished. We share a large kitchen and common area and two bathrooms. Amenities include washing and drying facilities, a storage area, and bike racks. The room is part of a WOKO flat and available for a limited time (6.5 months) - until 15 January 2026.

We are looking for an open-minded clean and tidy person to join our flat. Someone who is interested into joining some activities, like dinners and spontaneous conversations. Since we live in a WOKO flat you need to fulfil the WOKO criterion (student and under 28 years old).

We live right next to the train station in Zürich-Seebach. The connection to Zürich main station is only 10 mins. In very close walking distance there is a Migros. University Irchel is ~10-15 mins by tram and ETH Zentrum ~25mins by tram, ETH Höngg ~25mins.
