We are renting out our furnished room in a shared apartment for a limited period, available from now on or by arrangement, until the end of June or July.
About the apartment:
Our beautiful newly built apartment is located 10 minutes from the Stettbach train station and 4 minutes from the Mattenhof tram stop. It is on the first floor and has a spacious living room, a washing machine with dryer, and a cozy balcony where we love spending our evenings.The room itself is 14m2 and faces south. It is currently used as an office, but we're happy to furnish it with a bed and store any furniture you don't need away.

We are currently a 2-person flatshare - Yannick (27) and Kirill (27).
