Single room for rent - 8049 Zürich

From July to September, I am renting out my 16m2 furnished shared room, including a private winter garden of 5m2. We are a 4-person shared apartment living together in a large 5.5-room apartment with a great rooftop terrace overlooking Zurich and the Limmat Valley in Zurich-Höngg (near Frankental). For the period from July to September 2025, I am renting out my room as I will be working in the mountains. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, and cabinets. It can be rented for 1140.- including utilities. (A parking space can also be rented for 160.-). In our shared apartment, we have a cozy atmosphere, we eat and grill spontaneously together, and enjoy the community on the rooftop terrace, in the living room, or in the kitchen. We also enjoy the peace in our rooms in between, while reading, gaming, and chilling. Besides me, there are three guys aged between 32 and 36 living in the shared apartment.
