Rent is 1125 CHF (excluding electricity & internet, Serafe). The spacious, light-flooded apartment has a large entrance area, open kitchen and dining area, a large living room with a cozy sofa corner and dining table, as well as two balconies. Migros, Coop, Alnatura, Denner, and Zweifel Wein are within a 5-minute walk. The bus stop for line 46 is only 2 minutes away, tram line 13 and bus 80 about 5 minutes. In just under 10 minutes, Werdinsel offers a great swimming opportunity. I am Linda, 33 years old, work in e-commerce, and in my free time, I enjoy sports, cooking, or spending time outdoors.
