Single room for rent - 8049 Zürich

We are a 4-person shared apartment living together in a two-story 5.5 room apartment with a great rooftop terrace overlooking Zurich (near Frankental). We are looking for a new roommate starting in July for a 16m2 room. I, Susanna, am renting out my room from July to early October as I will be working in the mountains. The room is 16m2 in size and has its own winter garden, it is furnished with a bed, desk, and cabinets, and can be rented for 1140.- including utilities. From October, the also 16m2 room of Luca can be taken over indefinitely. (A parking space in the underground garage can be rented for 160.-) In our shared apartment, we have a cozy togetherness, we eat and grill spontaneously together, and enjoy the community on the rooftop terrace, in the living room, or in the kitchen. We also enjoy the peace in our rooms in between.
