About the Flat:

I am looking for a two new flatmates to join the cozy 3-person flat in a quiet neighborhood. Here's what you can expect from our home:

• Great Public Transport: There are two tram and bus stations only 2 minutes away, making commuting easy.
• Close to supermarkets: Coop, Migros, and Denner supermarkets are all within a 5-minute walk.
• Nearby Nature: Werdinsel is just a short walk away, perfect for relaxing and outdoor activities.

About flatmates:
I'm Chun-Wei, a 27-year-old PhD student at ETH Zurich originally from Taiwan. I'm a big fan of outdoor activities and sports, especially basketball. I enjoy hiking or relaxing by the lake or along the Limmat a lot during my free time.
According to my previous flatmates I am an easygoing and tidy person who enjoys cooking. We would sometimes share our hometown cuisines with each other in the flat.

• Size: 12.68 sqm
• Net rent: 1050 CHF
• Some furniture could be taken over
• Move in date: 1st September

Room 2:

• Size: 10.75 sqm
• Net rent: 889 CHF
• Some furniture could be taken over
• Move in date: Mid July (Can be discussed)

Looking for:
Someone who is uncomplicated, tidy, and open.
Enjoy the WG life, such as cooking together occasionally or participating in some activities. However, it's also important to respect everyone's personal space and help keep the flat a peaceful and tidy place.
