The room (12 m²) is part of an apartment in Höngg, just a 2-minute walk from the Meierhofplatz stop.

💰 Rent: 885 CHF/month + 17 CHF for internet and TV (total: 902 CHF).
🪑Priority will be given to someone willing to take over the furniture in the room (desk, PAX wardrobe, and nightstand) for 350 CHF.

The apartment has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub), a living room with an open kitchen, and a balcony.
We're two women, 28 and 30 years old, one from Ticino and one from Italy, both working professionals.

We're preferably looking for a woman around our age, also working, who enjoys spending time together but respects personal space, is clean and tidy, and ideally has previous WG experience.
