Single room for rent - 8048 Zürich

Since my roommate is moving abroad, I am looking for a nice roommate, ideally immediately or from the beginning of July.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood street and in a modern new building from 2023 and is equipped to a high standard. It offers everything one could wish for: a cozy balcony, a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer in the apartment, a bathroom plus a separate toilet, a central ventilation system, etc.

The offered room is 16.5m2 large and faces west. We could still decide on certain furniture, as my former roommate would like to pass on a few pieces of furniture.

I am 28 years old (male) and work full-time. In my free time, I like to be outdoors, but I also enjoy making myself comfortable at home. I am looking for someone of a similar age who is considerate, likes to clean up sometimes, and is interested in doing something together from time to time - whether it's cooking together, spending a cozy evening, or just chatting.
