Looking for a Subtenant – Mid-April to July 2025 (Dates Flexible)

We're looking for a new subtenant starting mid-April 2025 (exact move-in date is flexible) for a maximum of 3 to 4 months.

The apartment is a 3-room flat on the 3rd floor in Altstetten, just 10 minutes walking distance from Altstetten train station. It includes:
• 3 bedrooms (you'll have one of them)
• A fully equipped kitchen
• 1 bathroom with a bathtub and toilet
• Storage room

Your room is 13 m², quiet and cozy, with a view of the courtyard.

You'll be living with Alina (41) and Coco (41) – we're both freelance artists. Our 2-month-old baby is here about one-third of the time. Our schedules are flexible, and we sometimes spend nights elsewhere.

Our shared flat is built on respect and freedom, and we're looking for a person who shares that mindset and has previous experience living in a WG (shared flat).
