The room is available from the 01. of June. With a size of approximately 13 square meters, the room is ideally located—just a stone's throw from the idyllic Katzensee, perfect for jogging and swimming in the summer. Additionally, bus and train stations are in close proximity, along with various shopping options, including Aldi, Lidl, Coop, Migros, and Migrolino. The apartment also includes: 2 bathrooms (shower + bathtub) Large balcony Washer and dryer in the apartment Basement Bicycle storage Garage can be rented optionally We are a diverse flat-sharing community: a start-up founder (32), and 2 PhD student (24+28). What connects us? Humor! We also value a well-organized and orderly household. Since we all have busy work schedules, we don't force anything and usually arrange spontaneous meetups, which works pretty well. We are looking for: A humorous, sociable, and tidy person who enjoys spontaneously joining us for dinners or chats in the apartment. All with the mindset: 'It can happen, but it doesn't have to.'
