You should be employed in Switzerland with a stable job, non-smoker, and value privacy and a clean peaceful home.

Your room is furnished with bed and wardrobe. We have a shared living room with Sofa and TV, connected to a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher. Washing machine/Dryer available at laundry room. The room condition is different from the picture because of different furnitures.

• Note: 2 months August/September 2025 will be a sublet contract and you can be main tenant from October 2025 on.
