Single room for rent - 8046 Zürich

Hi! :)

We are looking for a new person for our WG room in Zurich Affoltern with a view of the garden/forest from 01.07. to 31.08 or 30.09 (with the possibility of extension).

It is very well connected to public transport:
4 min to Zehntenhausplatz (buses 32, 62 and 37)
10 min to Zurich Affolten train station

The ETH Hönggerberg is a 15-minute walk away, the University Irchel/Zentrum is a 20-minute bus ride away, and the main station is a 15-minute train ride away.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a beautiful garden, a bathroom, a kitchen, a small living room and 3 bedrooms.
There is also a cellar compartment and a laundry room available.
The 11 square meter room has two large windows and therefore a lot of light. The room is rented unfurnished or partially furnished.

The rent is 825 CHF including utilities, except for EWZ electricity, which is split separately.

We are Mimmi and Ange, both 24 and students, originally from Italian Switzerland, but we also speak German and English.
We are very close friends and lead a harmonious and happy WG life.
We are looking for a friendly, tidy and reliable person, preferably a student, aged 23-30 with WG experience; a person who eats vegetarian/vegan is preferred.
We are looking forward to someone who is open and likes to cook together or do something together, so not a purpose-built WG, but personal space is of course respected.

Cleaning and other household chores are fairly distributed (cleaning schedule).
We are both very clean and tidy and we are looking for someone who fits in with us and likes to take care of the house and garden with us.
