Next to Giesshübel train station, on the 4th floor, is the apartment with a total of 5 residents and a rooftop terrace. The 5 rooms are located on the main floor, along with a big bathroom, a small bathroom, a kitchen, and a small storage area. The upper floor is spacious and serves as the living room. On top of that, there is a small but cozy rooftop terrace.
We are a shared flat (WG), consisting of Lucile 24 years, Davide 24 years, Moritz 26 years and Elias 32 years old.
We appreciate living together with a good balance between shared activities (barbecues on the roof terrace, for example) and the opportunity to withdraw when we need more time for ourselves.

The largest room in the shared flat will be vacant and will be available from July 2, 2025.

The city center is relatively close and you can quickly get into nature. There is a private washing machine in the apartment. The apartment is a bit older, but has charm.

Some of the furniture can be taken over.
