Single room for rent - 8038 Zürich

The room is approximately 13 m², quiet, furnished, and part of a 3-room apartment. The balcony is accessible from the living room. I'm looking for a (non-smoking) flatmate starting in August. Also suitable for weekly commuters.
Rent including utilities: CHF 950.-
Deposit: CHF 2000.-
I'm 35 years old, work as a flight attendant, and have many interests: I practice a lot of yoga, go to the gym, enjoy dancing (especially Kizomba and Bachata), listen to music, and value peace and quiet when it comes to sleeping. ;-)
Sometimes I practice yoga or do a sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls on the balcony or in the living room.
Because I travel a lot for work, I'm not regularly at the apartment. I spend about six months a year in Zanzibar, where I'm building a Yoga & Gym space.
I care about a sustainable lifestyle: I recycle, separate compost, use eco-friendly cleaning products, avoid food waste, and try to save water, heating, and energy.
I speak German, English, Spanish, and a little French. I like things clean and uncomplicated, and I'm looking for a non-smoker.
