Single room for rent - 8037 Zürich

Your room consists of a combined bedroom and living room, which would be your space in the future. The living room is furnished (including a bed) and serves as your private living and sleeping area. In August, I will be away for five weeks – during this time, you have the entire apartment for yourself at the full rent price.

Rent (including utilities):
• CHF 1,000.– per month regular
• During my absence in August, the rent is CHF 2,000.–, as you will be using the apartment alone.
• All utilities are included: electricity, water, heating, internet
