The room is available from June 15 to August 31 (with the option for a slightly longer duration, by arrangement with the main tenant). First month's rent is therefore slightly lower (approx. CHF 660).

WG room in a charming apartment in Wipkingen with three roommates (2 f, 1 m) in a very quiet location. The apartment has a large attic with a beautiful view over Zurich (see pictures), which serves as a shared living room. The kitchen has a shared balcony. There is also a cat living in the WG.

The room will be furnished, but not with the furniture in the photo. Optionally also unfurnished.
