We offer: Bright, with 3 windows, parquet floor, 20 m2, unfurnished, access to a balcony with a view of the city. The room is located in a bright, spacious 4.5-room apartment with 2 balconies in a quiet residential area. Living room, kitchen, bathroom for shared use. The apartment includes an attic and cellar compartment and a large garden to co-design with seating area.
It is a 15-minute walk to Wipkingen train station (Coop/Migros), 5 minutes by bike. The bus stop Rebbergsteig is 5 minutes away.
The forest - Käferberg - is also about a 15-minute walk away.

We are: Lena: Feminist, non-smoker, vegetarian, project manager, forest walker, reader, cook, hiker, 43)
Romy: 9, 2nd grader, bookworm, gymnast, rider, thinker, curious, attentive, observant, and much more.
Lucy: 7, 1st grader, crafter, gymnast, initiator, cheerful, witty, helpful, cheeky, and much more.
Romy and Lucy live part-time with me and part-time with their father in the same house, on the ground floor. When they are here, it is lively, cheerful, loud, stimulating, challenging. Half the time they are not here, then I like to be in the garden, enjoy cooking something nice, go hiking, and often do everything in community. Sometimes I also spend a quiet evening at home reading. But I am more of the active and bustling type than the phlegmatic one:-)

We are looking for: A person who is interested in living part-time with children, who is willing to engage with them and experience the world through their eyes. A person who enjoys community (also in the house and garden), shared meals occasionally or a glass of wine. It would be nice if you are environmentally conscious and try to live sustainably, but not dogmatic. Being a vegetarian would be cool, just because it makes cooking together easier sometimes. A person who understands that life is contradictory, complex, and multifaceted.
