I am looking for a flat mate in a charming 3-room apartment with a roof terrace in a central location.
Location: The refurbished property (build
in 1865) is in a quiet and central location. It is just walking minutes away
from ETH, UZH and Unispital, 200 m to the tram stop Platte (Trams 5 and 6) and
750m to ETH/Unispital (5, 6, 8, 9, 10, E, N11), 10 minutes to the main station
and 8 minutes to Bellevue, and in only 15min you can reach beautiful
Zürichberg.
The Apartment: The apartment (3 rooms, 74.6m2)
is on the top floor (4. OG, with an elevator), newly renovated and shared
spaces are fully furnished (as I've just taken it over, the furniture delivery
is on its way, and the images don't show it yet). The roof terrace (shared with
the other units in the building) offers a fantastic 360 degree view over Zurich
and it's perfect for roof top partiers (once that is possible again), or social
distancing outdoor coffee. Most tenants in the house are young professionals,
who are very friendly and social.
Your Room: the unfurnished room (13m2) has a
nice layout, is quiet and overlooks a large garden across the street. In
addition, the cozy living room is perfect to relax or socialize. The price of
CHF 1500,- includes all Nebenkosten (heating, water, high-speed internet,
electricity, Serafe and joint use of the fully furnished apartment). The flat
share is available by agreement.
About myself: Kristina (36), originally from
Germany, working as a researcher (cognitive science/psychology) at the ETH. My
+1 is small chocolate Labradoodle, non-shedding (a suitable flat mate for
people with allergies), well-behaved and always happy.
If you are
looking for a comfortable and cozy home, with enough space for home office,
fresh air on a roof top, a puppy to cuddle (if desired), if you are social and
enjoy living in a shared flat (no 'Zwecks-WG'), I would be happy to hear from
