Single room for rent - 8032 Zürich

In front of our door is the Römerhof station (3, 8, Dolderbahn and Mobility). A Coop is located on the ground floor of the building.

The room is 13 sqm large and can be partially furnished if desired. For shared use (5.5 apartment): A bathroom with shower and tub, a separate toilet, a spacious kitchen, a large living room, a stylish lounge, as well as a fantastic rooftop terrace (private use) with a view over all of Zurich. Our terrace is great for BBQs with friends, small parties, or just for a cozy after-work beer. The total price including additional costs is 1612 CHF (Swisscom TV, fiber optic internet, cleaning service, Mr. Green, etc.).

We are looking for an upbeat, clean person who also likes to contribute to a pleasant shared living experience. English speakers are also welcome :)

We are Sven (25) & Grace (31). Sven is from Freiburg, works in finance, and is very active in sports. Grace is a psychotherapist and moved here from Berlin a few months ago. We are tidy but uncomplicated and look forward to your messages :)
