From 01.09.2025, I am renting a room in my beautiful and bright old building apartment in 8032 Zurich near Klusplatz.

The apartment has 4 rooms, 1 large daylight bathroom with double sink and bathtub, 1 large kitchen (fully equipped), 1 shared dining room, 1 living room, 1 large cellar and 1 large attic on the roof, 1 balcony and 2 bedrooms.

The apartment is 3 minutes from the tram station Klusplatz and the forest is reachable in 5 minutes. The residential area is very quiet and family-friendly.

I am looking for a female roommate who wants to sublet the room from 01.09.2025 to 31.08.2026 for one year.

Since I work a lot myself and home is a safe space for me, I am looking for a quiet and clean person. The house is very family-oriented and all tenants are very trustworthy.

The costs are as follows:

1422 CHF is the proportional rent for the room
55 CHF is for WLAN, electricity, and broadcasting fees
285 CHF is the monthly surcharge for the furniture, as everything is furnished.

Your room is approximately 15 sqm with a bed, desk, and clothes rack. However, there is enough storage space in the apartment. There is a laundry cellar and a washing machine in the apartment. Bicycles can be parked behind the house.
