Single room for rent - 8032 Zürich

Hey I am looking for a roomie starting April / May.

I live in a 4 room apartment with high ceilings in a quiet area two minutes by foot from the tram station Römerhof (and Coop). You would have your own bathroom (see pic). There is a big living room and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine and tumbler) There are two balconies. The apartment is furnished, but your room is not – except for a big shelf.

I am a 31 year old lawyer (f). I am often away during the weekends. I like going out but also just chilling at home and watching movies / series and doing some sport activities like skiing or hiking.
