The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 3rd floor and has a kitchen (with dishwasher), a bathroom, a cellar compartment (with washing machine and dryer) and an attic. We share a beautiful garden with the apartment building. The rent includes utilities and free internet access.

WE ARE
We are a 3-person shared apartment and we are looking for a subtenant for our roommate. We are three guys and we study/work here in Zurich. We are open and like to do things together. Nevertheless, everyone lives their own life and we also appreciate having time for ourselves.
