We are going traveling and looking for a new tenant for our beautiful home. The shared apartment will be a 2-person shared apartment. We are renting out two rooms. The apartment has a balcony with a view of the mountains.

The lake is only a 15-minute walk away - perfect for walks or swimming. For enthusiastic bikers, the Adlisberg trail is practically at the door. Thanks to the tram stops Burgwies and Balgrist, the city center can be reached quickly and easily. If something is missing while cooking, Migro and Denner are just a 3-minute walk away.
Costs: Electricity, internet, and additional costs are included.
Period: 01.06.25-15.01.26 (this can be adjusted if needed)
Deposit: 1 month's rent

PS: Our things are completely cleared out of the apartment. If needed, we can leave kitchen items behind.
