Single room for rent - 8008 Zürich

The apartment is within walking distance of Chinagarten and Coop/Migros, as well as Lake Zurich. Trams 2/4 or bus 33 take you to the city center or the nearby universities (ETH/UZH) in about 10-20 minutes.
The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen-living room, and 1 bathroom. The latter includes a washing machine and dryer.
The room is 18 m² and is furnished with two desks, two shelves, an armchair, and a bed.

We are looking for a younger roommate (e.g., a student); Italian/English is a big plus. Exact arrival and departure dates are flexible. The room can only be rented to one person and for a maximum of 3 months.

We are three flatmates (Martina, Angelina, and Maël) who share the apartment and first met as a flatmate. Martina speaks Italian and English, and Angelina speaks German and English. We enjoy going out with friends or watching TV shows together.
