I'm moving into my own apartment, so my lovely room in our 3-person flat in Zurich Seefeld is becoming available. It's a calm yet central location – only 5 minutes to the lake, 1 minute to the tram, with shops and cafés just around the corner.

About the flat:
• Bright room on the 1st floor, facing a quiet courtyard
• Spacious shared living/dining area
• Two bathrooms with washing machine & dryer
• Fully renovated in 2023
• Wi-Fi included; utilities (electricity, Serafe, insurance) split by usage

Flatmates:
Two women (27), working full-time. Friendly, respectful, and easygoing. The atmosphere is relaxed and considerate.

We're looking for:
• Woman, ideal age 25–35
• Employed with a stable income
• Clean, reliable and socially aware

Move-in date:
• Between June 9 and June 16 (must be by June 16)

Furniture takeover (CHF 650, required):
• Bed with mattress
• IKEA PLATSA wardrobe (120 × 180 cm)
• Small table
• Curtains & ceiling lamp
