From mid-June to mid-October, a room in a spacious 4-room Art Nouveau apartment with parquet floors and stucco ceilings is available. The room (20m2, 2.70m high) bathroom/WC and separate WC, living kitchen, and a balcony covered with wisteria can be shared. The elevator goes directly to the apartment on the 2nd floor. The tram stop is 50m from the house. Various shopping options, restaurants, and the post office are reachable within a 5-minute walk, and the lake is also accessible on foot. The room can be used in different ways: for weekly stays, as a workplace, temporary accommodation, or a solution as needed. Currently, we are 1 woman and 1 man aged 35/44 and a woman who is only occasionally there for a few days. Our interaction is respectful and considerate, uncomplicated, clean, and cultured.
