I will be subletting my furnished room from July to August 2025. The flat is located at the 2nd floor and shared between 2 flatmates (you + another flatmate, 25 years old man speaking English and French) with a common bathroom, kitchen and balcony.
You will also have access to locked storage at the cellar and at the attic.
The building has a rooftop, bike garage, washing machine and dryer.
The neighbourhood offers plenty of cute restaurants/coffees as well as convenient stores/locations at walking distance including:

• Lochergut (4 min)

The rent is 812.- per month and the internet+amenities 50.- per month.
