Single room for rent - 8004 Zürich

As I will move away from Zurich, my room in this shared flat becomes available from mid-April on, ideally not after 1st of May.

The flat has 3.5 rooms on roughly 70m2 and is located in Kreis 4, very close to Lochergut and Bullingerplatz. It is situated on the 4th floor on a quiet (30km/h zone) street and has beautiful parquet floors, high ceilings and a small balcony. Furthermore, there is access to a shared rooftop terrace.

You will share the flat with Alessandro, a nice Italian in his early thirties who likes to climb and spend time in the mountains. He is a very kind, respectful person looking for similar qualities in a flat mate!

The flat is fully furnished, however I will take some of my furniture with me later. In the room to rent, there is a bed and matress, matching sideboards, a wardrobe as well as lighting; bed and matress I will pick up in June, the other furniture is up for sale - we can discuss! We are looking for someone:

- with a consistent income/ active work contract
- with Swiss citizenship/ valid residence permit
- who has no pets and does not smoke
- who is trustworthy, reliable, considerate, clean, and sociable!
