We are looking for a friendly subtenant for a bright WG room in a dreamlike 3.5-room maisonette apartment in the city center of Zurich. The room is available from the end of July/beginning of August and can be rented for 6 months - with a very likely option for extension.

The apartment:

The apartment is a real gem: Large, light-flooded living room with integrated dining area. Modern kitchen with everything you need (including dishwasher). Stylish bathroom with natural light. Highlight: A spacious roof terrace facing south, perfect for sunny hours and with a view of the Uetliberg. An additional maisonette level that can be used as a guest room, workspace, or retreat. A desk is already available for you to share - or you can complement it with your own. An elevator is also available - practical and comfortable. The apartment is located in a very quiet building, as it is almost exclusively used by companies.

Your room:

The larger of the two WG rooms, fully furnished: Cozy bed with plenty of storage space (dressers and bed box). Extendable sofa bed for guests. Desk for productive hours. Of course, you can adjust the furnishings to your liking! Additional storage space: Built-in wardrobe in the Reduit for jackets and clothes.

Special feature regarding the rent:

Although you get the larger room, the rent costs are split 50:50 (CHF 1,885 per person), as the rest of the apartment (living room, roof terrace, kitchen) is the heart of the home and is used equally by both.

The location:

Unbeatable central: Stauffacher (2 minutes): Numerous tram lines. Zurich Selnau station (2 minutes) and Wiedikon station (4 minutes) within walking distance. Shopping opportunities, cafés, restaurants, and everything your heart desires in the immediate vicinity.

Your roommate:

Anna, your future roommate, works in the finance sector and studies on the side. She is warm, open, and values harmonious living together as well as cleanliness - without being fussy.

Why is the room becoming available?

I will be abroad almost exclusively for the next six months (and probably beyond). Therefore, we are looking for someone to fill our WG room with life during this time.

Rent and conditions:

Monthly rent: CHF 1,885 including utilities and Wi-Fi. Move-in: From the end of July/beginning of August, possible by arrangement.
