Single room for rent - 8004 Zürich

I am renting out my room in Kreis 4 from June 26, 2025, to July 28, 2025. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the price. The room is rather small, but there is a shared living room with a balcony overlooking a beautiful courtyard, a kitchen with a second balcony, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, there is a rooftop terrace available for shared use.
The apartment is centrally located—shops, bars, restaurants, as well as tram and bus stations, are all within a few minutes' walking distance. A beautiful park or the river can be reached by bike in 5–10 minutes.
We are looking for a FLINTA person (at least 24 years old) to live with my roommate Clara during this time. Clara is a sound artist and studies Fine Arts at ZHdK. We are looking for someone who values cleanliness and prefers a generally calm home. We also eat mostly vegan. It would be great if you are also interested in music, art, and culture and would enjoy having the occasional coffee chat with Clara.
