Hi!!! I'm looking for an open-minded, independent, respectful and tidy person who would like to share this beautiful apartment in the heart of Zürich (Stauffacher, Kreis 4). The room available from 01.08 and I will also consider a temporary tenant or someone from Mo.- Fri with a negotiable rent of course.
It is a 13.3 sqm room in a 3.5 room apartment with balcony in the living room directly at the Stauffacher. Cozy kitchen with gas stove :-) and bathroom and toilet are separate. 2 rooms.
I'm a communicative, sociable and cheerful girl, with sense of humor, an interest in new encounters and ventures. I speak English, French, Italian, of course Spanish and increasingly better in German. I love to cook and available for entertaining hours with a glass of red wine and/or a cozy dinner (on the balcony).
