Nearby is the Bäckeranlage, where you can relax nicely outdoors in the summer. There are many kiosks within walking distance and a supermarket is not far away. The HB is a 40-minute walk away, so very central!

The room is part of a WOKO residence that accommodates about 40 people. Your room is approximately 28-40 m^2 in size and includes a private bathroom. You share a kitchen with a balcony on your floor with 3 other roommates. On the ground floor, there is also a large kitchen and a common room that can be used by other housemates. Since this is a WOKO room, WOKO criteria must be met (enrollment certificate must be readily available).

My furniture including electronic devices (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and mini-oven) will be taken over for a fee.
PRIORITY will be given to those who take everything over.

International Students are welcome as long as you pass the WOKO criteria.
