In our beautiful 2-person shared flat, a room will be available from September 1, 2025, or by arrangement for a new female roommate – initially limited to one year, with the option to extend or take over the apartment (by agreement).

The Room

• Rather small room, but offers space for everything necessary – with balcony!
• On request furnished or unfurnished (can be discussed individually)
• The balcony to the room has been occasionally used communally, a new arrangement is flexible possible.

The Apartment

• Cozy, bright 3-room old building apartment with lovingly furnished common areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom), high ceilings
• Communal laundry room with dryer in the house
• Highlight: large rooftop terrace for shared use with other neighbors – including grill
• Cellar for shared use
• Tolerant, open community

Location

• Top connection: 3 min. walk to Wiedikon train station, 5 min. walk to Stauffacher, Kalkbreite/Wiedikon 7 min, Schmiede Wiedikon 3-4 min and Lochergut 6 min,
• Close to shopping options (Migros at Schmiede Wiedikon, Coop at Stauffacher), cafes, tram/bus, lake (easily accessible by bike) and everything that makes city life pleasant.

About your roommate:
Linda is (still) 29 years old, psychologist, works in the city and is also continuing her education to become a psychotherapist. She is often out on weekends and is not often at home during the week. This means you would often have the apartment to yourself! A harmonious coexistence, order, and cleanliness are still very important to her.
