Single room for rent - 8003 Zürich

I am looking for a nice and uncomplicated female roommate from 28 years old, who – like me – values cleanliness and mutual respect.
The furnished room (approx. 18 m²) is equipped with a large wardrobe, bed and desk and can be rented from July 1st (possibly from June 1st) for at least one year.

I am usually in the apartment from Monday to Wednesday/Thursday, otherwise not on site – ideal if you appreciate a quiet retreat.
The apartment is very centrally located: 2 minutes to Schmiede Wiedikon (Migros, organic shop, bakery), trams 9/14 and bus in the immediate vicinity, 5 minutes to Wiedikon train station.

Rent: CHF 1035.– including utilities.
Please only women from 28 years old – no couples or men.
