We have a spot available in our shared apartment starting from 01.06.2025 in Circle 3. A little about us: my name is Severin (46 years old, restaurant manager) and I have been living in the shared apartment for almost 12 years and would like to continue doing so, as well as Tami, 32, who works at the bank. We simply enjoy living together with people and there is always a bit of "life in the house". This is not a purpose-driven shared apartment! It is important to me that social interactions work well and that we do not live past each other. The apartment has a total of 112 sqm, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen (with dryer and washing machine), a living room, and for those of you who prefer comfort, an elevator directly to the apartment, and a rooftop terrace is available for shared use. The room is 14 sqm. The rent would be 1060 CHF (including all additional costs and internet). Deposit 1060 CHF. I am more interested in renting long-term.
