Single room for rent - 8003 Zürich

I am looking for a new roommate (over 25) from mid/end of June for our beautiful 3-room apartment directly at Albisriederplatz in Zurich Wiedikon.

The apartment is super central. Bars and restaurants in the surrounding Lochergut and Langstrasse are just a few minutes away by bike, and for relaxation, you can walk to Fritschiwiese, the Sihlfeld cemetery, or up to Üetliberg. A Migros is located directly across the street, and Coop is also right at Albisriederplatz. It takes only 5 minutes to Hardbrücke and 10 minutes to HB by tram.

The room is about 15 square meters and costs CHF 1200 (including Serafe, internet, and water, excluding electricity). The apartment has a large living room with a cozy and sunny balcony overlooking a quiet green courtyard. The kitchen is fully renovated with a dishwasher. For storage, there is an attic, and for laundry, a communal laundry room in the basement.

I am Dave (m, 34), work in a pizzeria, and also love to cook at home. When I'm not working, I am usually bouldering at Minimum (only 5 minutes away), traveling – preferably to countries with exciting food – or partying on weekends. I am also interested in film and music, so I regularly attend concerts.

I wish for the shared apartment a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, where we can also cook together and have good conversations over a glass of wine or beer on the balcony.
