I am looking for a flatmate for my flat in Zurich Enge, as my current flatmate will be moving together with his girlfriend.
The flat is close to the train station Enge and Sihlcity, both great shopping possibilities. The main station is 14 minutes away and the lake 6 minutes. The nearest gym is 4min away.

About the flat:
Your room is 16m2 and very bright. There is also a dishwasher in the flat. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for shared use. The flat is in very good condition. There is already a spacious wardrobe in the room which can be used.

About me:
My name is Mike, I am 34 years old and work in Zurich. I am on the road a lot during the week, do sports every day and like to be outside.
I am looking for someone to live with in a relaxed atmosphere. As I am an early riser, I prefer someone with a similar daily rhythm who appreciates living together but also likes to be alone and has a sense of order and cleanliness.
The room is for non-smokers only.
