I am looking for a roommate for the beautiful 4-room old apartment in the best location in district 1 with a balcony and bay window and modern standard of construction starting August 1, 2025.

I am a designer, author, and cultural journalist and work within walking distance. I have been self-employed for over 10 years and have been running a small business for 9 years. Before that, I was a fashion journalist with a degree in journalism and cultural studies. I would be happy if my future roommate shares an interest in design and enjoyment – that certainly makes living together easier.

The floor plan shows which two rooms are available for your use/furnishing. We share the bathroom, kitchen, and balcony. So also the rent. (Note: the furnishings in the pictures are those of the previous tenant.)
