This is a very large, bright room (m2) in our 6-person shared apartment and is located on the second floor with a view of greenery, in a quiet location. All additional costs are included in the rent (Internet (Wifi), electricity, water, heating, Billag, etc.). The shared apartment is in a part of the house with 3 floors and has 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a large kitchen, a large dining/living room, its own washing machine and dryer, garden including seating area (which can be actively designed). Parking for one car is also available. Nearby: Bus stop in front of the house, connections to Wädenswil train station every 15 minutes. 10-15 minutes on foot to Au train station (S8 and SN8). Ideal connection for students (ZHAW) without changing trains to Campus Grüental, connections to Campus Reidbach about every 15 minutes. 2-3 minutes to the greenery between Wädenswil and Horgen. 2 minutes to the motorway. Bar/Restaurant Schützenhaus 1 minute away ;) We are 3 men and 3 women, between 22 and 35 years old, students and professionals. We like to do things together, e.g. joint dinners, gardening, barbecuing in the garden, chilling by the lake, playing games, movie nights, etc. and are always open to new suggestions. I (Luisa, 25 years old, student) will be going abroad for 6 months for my bachelor's thesis, which is why my room is available for subletting during this time. It is furnished but cleared of personal items. For this half year, we are looking for a friendly, tidy person who is looking for more than just a purely functional community. In our 6-person shared apartment, there is always someone to find for joint activities, but you can also retreat well.
