From 1.9.2025 (possibly earlier), a 2m2 room will be available in our beautiful shared apartment in the countryside.

Our 610m2 country house with surrounding land is located on the outskirts of Oberwil (municipality of Dägerlen). You can reach Winterthur HB by bus in 20 minutes. We are Marc (m, 69), Michi (m, 49), Matthias (m, 41), and Kira (cat, unfortunately does not like dogs).

You are open, tolerant, enjoy cooking and eating, and are grounded in life. Age and gender do not matter, the chemistry just has to be right. We are not a purpose-driven shared apartment; we enjoy cooking and eating together and chatting at the large dining table or around the fire pit.

On the ground floor, the living area spans 250m2, equipped with all amenities. State-of-the-art kitchen, spacious living/dining room with a large dining table and fireplace, a beautiful aquarium, laundry room with washing machine/dryer, shower, and toilet.

Your room will be bathed in sunlight from morning to evening (when it shines), and you have direct access to the garden through a sliding door.

The rent of CHF 2.00 includes everything – also the cleaning by our esteemed housekeeper Silvia for the common area. An outdoor parking space is also included, and in our large office on the first floor, you can have your own workspace. An art corner and a music corner are also available, and if you want to host your friends, they can stay overnight in the guest room.
