Hello everyone! In our beautiful 3-person shared apartment, a room is available! We – Lea and Daniel, both 27 years old and employed – are looking for a new roommate who is also in the working life. The room:

• Rent: 1046 CHF/month including utilities
• Bright, cozy room with old building charm

About the apartment:

• Beautiful, spacious apartment in the middle of the old town of St. Gallen
• Huge rooftop terrace with a view over the city – perfect for relaxing or for a cozy evening
• Large living/dining area, modern kitchen, and two bathrooms (no waiting times in the morning)
• Washing machine/dryer in the apartment

About us:
We are both uncomplicated, open, and appreciate a friendly and respectful coexistence. Our shared apartment is tidy and clean – we expect the same from you. We enjoy having a common evening cooking, with a glass of wine, or on the terrace, but everyone also has their own retreat space. Privacy is a matter of course for us.
