Bus stop 2 min., public transport 25 minutes to Winterthur city center, 50 minutes to Zurich. No parking space, car sharing possible. Beautiful, spacious, bright room, approx. 16m2. For shared use, there are two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living and dining room, a guest room, a seating area with a small garden, a shed, and storage space. Rent CHF 875 including all utilities (internet, heating, Serafe, electricity, hot water, waste).
