In my 4.5 room apartment, I am renting out this room. From August 1, 2025, bathroom and kitchen are available for shared use. There is a small refrigerator in the room. The apartment is very central, with a bus stop and shopping facilities reachable in less than 1 minute on foot. If needed, a parking space for a car can be rented separately. A washing machine is available in the bathroom. Our shared apartment is family-oriented and very uncomplicated; it is important to me that we can communicate in German.
