The room is approximately 10 m2 in size and unfurnished. We are looking for someone starting from 01.09.2025, indefinitely. The specified rental costs of CHF 950 include all additional costs such as water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and TV fees. The apartment has a total of 4.5 rooms with a large living and dining area and a modern kitchen. From the living room and balcony, there is a fantastic view over Lake Zurich. Additionally, the semi-private rooftop terrace offers a great panorama over the lake and mountains. A washing machine, dryer, and drying room are located in the basement and are shared with the other residents. Within walking distance are the train station (2 min, train: 15 min to Rappi, 25 min to Zurich), supermarkets (1-5 min), and the lake (5 min).

We are looking for someone who fits our lifestyle. Openness, cleanliness, and mutual consideration are important to us. We are Luki (26) and Nina (28), both working full-time. Our interests range from mountain sports (skiing and hiking) to various others (rowing, gym, watching NFL, reading) to board games. We appreciate both shared activities like a joint raclette evening or a group hike, as well as the ability for everyone to have their own quiet time.
